So I am a single mother of 2 littles, and with everything going on in the world today it is by far a difficult situation to face at times. Often I feel like most people have so much going on and the demands on individuals are far more reaching then we admit to. More times then not individuals have some really tough choices to make and where one is more right the other also has drastic consequences. With that said, I found myself in a situation where neither choice would be easy and the outcome of that choice would also have pretty steap consequesnces. I had done what I thought was best to the best of my ability but it left my auto insurance behind in that choice. It's overwhelming trying to do all the things all the time. With that said , I had to at some point deal with my auto insurance and I did what everyone does, go online and start answering questions, requesting quotes, ect. Only to be met with a more overwhelming responses, insanly high priced quotes, no clear answer on how I received the quote I received, ultimatly a very cold, unmanagable, cloudy response to any question I had. I literally was like oh my this tough choice I had to make has such an impact that it's an impossible situation. I feel like this is a never ending issue... But then I thought well my grandparents, who are life time State Farm insured people, they seem to speak highly of them and trust that company let me call them and ask my questions and sort out what to do with my situation... Of course this was litterally moments prior to their close time. I called and this lovely lady answered the phone her name was Casey and she couldn't have been any sweeter I told her I just had some questions and was hoping someone there could maybe help me. She very delightfully put me in touch with a lady named Donna and from there I gave her my situation and had asked all the questions I could think of. She was patient and kind and understanding and made my situation not seem so impossible. She did all the things she could to help with a solution for me and although State Farm could not be my solution at this time she was able to guide me to a person she knew could maybe help. Boy was she correct! Not only was her recommendation able to help me he couldn't have been anymore of a God send then the 2 ladies that sent me to him. I wouldn't have been successful in resolving my situation had it not been for Mrs. Casey and Mrs. Donna and I can not even express the amount of gratitude and well wishes I have for them. They are amazing women. State Farm does higher amazing people my grandparents always said kind, compassionate, caring people. Even in an impossible cirrcumstance they will find a way to help get you to where tou need to be. And these ladies did just that. Truly amazing! Way to go ladies. I couldn't be anymore impressed with you as well as a company as a whole. 😃"
